Well--IT DEPENDS!!
How big a site do you want? Will you do the work necessary for a quality site? For example, you must plan the site and outline the structure thereof. Once I see that, I can guess how much time it will take me to build the site in FrontPage. You must have a deal with Yahoo!, agree to give me your site name & password to build the site. Quality pictures are a must. You must select background colors, You must select themes. You need to write (or at least outline ) virtually all of the text.
While I'm learning will be a good time to have me help you 'cause I won't charge for the time that I'm learning something new.
So--here's my offer--to the first five persons asking--I will build a site for you for 50% of the dollars quoted by any one else. Just send me a copy of the written quote. You must agree to provide quality text & photos and a Yahoo! account--I'll do the rest. I'll publish the site, you review it, provide me written comments, I will incorporate comments and publish for your final review.
